ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Aaron Bowles is a former digital creative director for a major ad agency, responsible for conceptual approaches to brand story and online presentations. He began his professional career as an illustrator and animator. A former assistant professor of design, Aaron taught art at George Mason University to wildly opinionated students. Currently, Aaron paints Abstract and Post-Impressionist Landscapes, and makes occasional AI animations. He is also a former registered private investigator, financial advisor, and car salesman. A lifelong Virginian, Aaron Bowles received his Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Virginia Commonwealth University where he studied English and Communication Arts. Aaron lives in Richmond in a neighborhood of green yards and kids with a panhandling Cairn terrier, and his lovely, spirited wife Edie, whom he met at the age of 16.
